It has been a while... Hi 👋 you guys! How has everyone been?!
Ugh this pandemic is absolutely no fun! But on the other hand it has given me more time to do things in my own time. Like gyming... ugh I always want to sleep around the moment I’ve got to go to the gym.
My boo usually says to me: “Okay, don’t worry... I’ll go. You stay home.” And what do I do? Within 5 minutes I get out of bed and get dressed to go. Sigh 😔 crazy right?
Anyway... during these lockdown moments, most countries are on some sort, I still go to work from 8am to 12pm. Close the office and go home. Still finish some work at home from the office lol and then have some schoolwork time with my stepson. Cute kid! I get to walk in our gated community every other day and do cardio and abs on other days. Gym? What gym? Right... hahaha
I do more now than I did before... of course I was always working till 5, and then your tired 😴
Only think of going to bed... still have to go to the gym at 6:30... and come home at 8:30-9ish
Shower, food —> bed 🛌 💤
Oooh yeah... the picture all the way on the top? Is if me in my walking 🚶♀️ mode! Proud of 10288 steps...
And yes, it was a combination of office walking and shopping 🛒, but still most of it was the walk in the early evening - before lockdown at 8pm!
Oh I’m just penning down stuff.
