TRICYCLES. I went out a few times to follow up on some documents with the local government and it went smoothly. The tricycles were already allowed to go out with only one passenger allowed to ride. They must get the name of the passenger with contact number, but only one tricycle I rode had a logbook. All of my rides were good though. None of the drivers asked for more money or overcharged. It also rained hard late in the afternoon. Luckily, I had my umbrella and escaped being drenched when I decided to walk home. It was a good day! :)
