Hi everyone today I cooked SOOJI (SEMOLINA FLOUR) HALWA (Porridge or simply a sweet dish) and easily hit 5k @actifit target.

First I put SOOJI in a pan and poured a little oil to bake SOOJI. Moved this mixture with the help of skimmer so it wont get burnt and stick to the pan.

This is Khoya (MAWA) which I will add to this dish later.

Also shot the picture of SUGAR.

Cooked this until the mixture turned medium brown. See the colour is turning brown but it still needs more baking.

Now it is a turning bit brown .

Now I mixed Khoya (MAWA) and sugar in this.

Added one cup milk and moved all this with the help of skimmer.

Now the dish is ready to be served.
