My Actifit Report Card: August 19 2021

5K on another rainy day.

The weather was changeable so I didn't take a walk. I just worked and played Splinterlands.

This is part of a meal I just made. I'm not a cook so I can only make things in my microwave oven. I have these burgers 3 or 4 times a week since they are ready in 2 minutes! I added some coleslaw and some Nutragrain fruit bars. I also drank water with some orange and mango juice. Not super healthy but not too bad either.
