My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2021

6K on a water volleyball day.

We played for 3 hours and had a lot of fun. I got home a little earlier since the sun sets earlier and we don't have good lighting to play after sunset.

When I got home I moved around doing chores and such. This let me get over the 5k minimum.
