Almost 10K on a nice Autumn day. I took a bike ride in the afternoon when it was 70 degrees then took a walk at night when it was 60 degrees.
Between the ride and walk I did some work at my desk while listening to famous doom metal band Black Sabbath. To change it a bit from doom to thrash I listened at 1.25 speed! \m/
Paranoid was their secind album released in 1970. It has some of their most popular songs such as Iron Man and Paranoid. If you never listened to it sped up, you should try it!
