Time to pull out a throwback pic of Disco!

Just my normal workout. A walk and run/jog. It was warm but not hot. When I got home it was weightlifting time with my dumbbells.

Not sure if watervolleyball is on for Sunday. Its Father's Day and we might not have enough players. So we'll see.
