You'd think walking in circles around a small provincial airport for 5 hours after your flight got delayed would rack up some big step counts but seemingly not!
Unlike Europe where we'd be given forms to fill in with instructions on how to claim compensation and twenty quid of meal vouchers, here in Thailand we were simply informed of the cancellation, told we'd been rebooked on the 9.30pm flight and left to our own devices.
Then the traditional Thai Chai Yen shop ran out of ice and there was a full scale riot.
Anyway, 3700 is better than nothing!
