My Actifit Report Card: January 5 2021

I went for a long walk with Doggie today while the last touches were being put on the new floor. There is still a little work left to do but it is installing just a couple of dividers that they ran out of material for.

I think I actually wore Doggie out a bit because after the walk he took a rather long nap and did not want to come out of his sleeping spot.

It was a little cold on the walk and gently raining at some of the time.

Later on my son and I played a round of nine holes of disc golf at the easy local course. I would have gone for two rounds but my son was a bit underdressed and was feeling cold from the wind and weather. The ground was really soggy and wet.

We played with a selection of four discs that we don't normally bag. I managed to win again, partly because my son kept throwing out of bounds off the tee. I think the wind and the stability of the discs he chose were causing him some issues.

I brought along one understable disc, the Tern but it ended up not being all that good today because of the wind. I mostly used the Wriath disc because it is more stable.

I used to bag both of these discs and will probably do so again but a lot of the throws that I used them for have been taken over by the Sword disc and Crave disc. However, I do like the Wraith disc just a bit better than the Sword for certain throws and it seems a bit better in the wind.
