My friend and I played out at the difficult eighteen-hole disc golf course that we played the other day. He ended up scoring better, and I scored about the same. It was +18 to +25.
I could have easily shaved at least three throws off my score, but I took the wrong disc out of the bag and threw it without looking closely at it. Sometimes, when you have discs that are the same color, you can easily make a mistake. I ended up with a really bad release, throwing an overstable control driver when I wanted to throw a stable mid-range disc.
Other than that, it was a great round, and we both had a lot of fun.
December out on the disc golf course:
The tree is a mando that you need to throw around. The old building is a bit dangerous to be inside, and the mando keeps people from trying to throw a short cut over the top of it.
I'm pressing my Glitch disc under a book in the hope of getting the warp out of it. I think that storing your discs in your bag is not a good idea for really soft plastic discs. I've had a couple of them warp on me. I used to take them out of the bag, but Doggie was stealing them and making little bite marks on the edges. He has his own dog toys, but he likes to steal my stuff when he gets a chance.
