A short walk to reach the river, a Picnic blanket plus a book, and that's the resume of my Sunday's afternoon.
The morning was sunny, but I was not lucky after lunch. I was hoping to laydown in my blanket and get warmed by the sun (as I did two weeks ago) but instead I had to put my jacket earlier :)
The park had people running, playing the guitar, walking their dogs or babies and a few in love couples kissing 🥰😘
I sat down and finished reading "L'Étranger" by Albert Camus. It is a classic of philosophy, and I could understand the behavior and consequeces of having it when one must follow society rules. It is so easy to misbehave and be judged by others.
Now, confortable at home with a cup of tea, I wonder why does Actifit count more than 5000 steps if I walk to the park or only 2000 if I run using the same route 🤔
Does anyone know?
