At the entrance of a village, less than thirty minutes away from my hometown of Karnobat, sits this huge iron arch made from railroad elements.
And I did not know of its existence up until the beginning of this year.
It is a miracle that photographers from our country have not yet popularized it en masse.
Its potential for visual awesomeness is beyond any doubt. Period. It's only a matter of people squatting there and waiting for perfect weather conditions. And adequately taking advantage of those, of course.
I wonder if small kids from that village at some point in their lives expect those to be the normal thing that you should see at any village's entrance.
I wonder why it was built. That's a task requiring further exploration.
The name of the village, since I know you would ask, @lightcaptured, mate,
is Klimash. It's a few of kilometers east from Lozarevo, a larger village on the southern footsteps of the Balkan mountain, lying on the road pass from Karnobat to Shumen.
Take care, folks!
