I took the toddler to explore a green space on the map less than a mile away from our new home.
It turns out to be a forested hill, with a whole trail system to explore. We had a nice hike in spite of the rain. (because of the rain? Let's be honest, we both love the rain)
It will be fun to explore more of the trails as time marches on.
