We took the toddler and babies out for a walk. The stroller needed air in the tires. I looked at the tire for the recommended pressure and it said 80 psi which is really crazy for stroller tires. Even performance Street bikes usually only need 60! So we filled it to 40.
Mid way through our walk the story was pulling pretty hard to one side, and i started watching everything closely to figure out why.
The inner tubes were pushing the tires off the frame in a couple of spots. I looked at the psi recommendation again and it was actually only 30! The first tire i had looked at was dirty so I thought the three was an 8. We had to let extra air out of the tires to get them back into the frames properly. Then the stroller went straight, but harder to push with under inflated tires, obviously!
The rest of our walk was pretty uneventful. It was just a nice walk in a beautiful day.
