today, is day four of my quarantine. I have to quarantine with my son for 10 days, before he can go back to school. He was exposed to Covid, but shows no signs of having it. We both feel well and we are trying to stay active. Today went on a bike ride and walked the dog. He did a little hike as well. He kicked my butt in chess and we did a little work out.
