A beer always comes well appreciated when walking a lot during the day, and especially when summer heat starts to become unbearable.
Somehow I manage to walk more on average for third consecutive week and this means I’m doing all right with my plan to start walking more actively.
I haven’t really used many different sport tracking apps but iOS app tends to do a pretty sweet job, at least for walking activity. My goal is to continue with these high results and even get them even more consistent. I now have two or three days with 15k steps or more, but it would be really good if I manage to get a day or two more.
At least 10 kilometers a day on average will be a good upper step.
