It was another hectic day. As usual, I got up at 5:30. Got ready and jumped on an early train. Into school and bam! Lessons back to back, marking papers in between.
What this kind of busy schedule does is to ensure that I don’t eat too many snacks in between , get ample walking in and I feel a lot less hungry 🤔 I wonder why re the last thing.
I tracked what I ate today and I think should really be hungry but I’m not ... 🧐
I had this for brunch, it’s called peanut cake in Jamaica. It’s nothing to be compared with those made at home but it was well received. Certainly could have used more ginger and spices but I’m grateful.

You could say , it’s been a low calorie day. I managed work up over 11,000 steps in the day too.
