I'm not familiar yet with Actifit. I'm 4 hours active for my Morning workout. But only few activities was calculated by my phone sensor. Below is my activities from Huawei Watch GT 2..

I usually finish all of those exercises for 1 hour and 40mins. After 10mins break, I continue the workout by dancing Zumba as my cardiovascular training. And I do it for 1 - 2 hours. I dance so I can achieve atleast 10,000 steps.
I only placed my phone inside my short's pocket.
I'll try to move my phone on my arms next time. So it can accurately track my body movements.
