Just another day of walking and going to the gym to get my steps in. Been going a week strong so far of getting to the 5k mark and posting it here. Cheers to me and hopefully I can keep at it to a healthier life.
It has only been a week of consistently getting back in the gym and weightlifting. Came home to make dinner and I ended up crushing more than some garlic cloves. Oh well 😅
