Meine Actifit-Report-Card: Juli 7 2020

Hello dear community,

Today something very strange happened to me, I felt so exhausted and drained that I actually thought about quitting work for the week and just taking care of the dogs.

Sure, everybody has a bad day, but I don't know this kind of situation from my own experience. Probably the last days were a bit too much stress after all.

When I was 20 years old I thought that something like this only happened to old people, and now at the age of 41 I seem to be one of them...

But 12000 steps have become it then nevertheless still.

Heute ist mir was ganz seltsames passiert, ich habe mich so ausgelaugt und ausgepowert gefühlt, dass ich tatsächlich überlegt habe, ob ich für diese Woche die Arbeit niederlege und mich nur um die Hunde kümmere.

Klar, jeder hat mal nen schlechten Tag, aber so eine Situation kenne ich nicht von mir. Wahrscheinlich waren die letzten Tage doch etwas viel Stress.

Als 20jähriger dachte ich noch, dass so was nur alten Leuten passiert, und jetzt mit 41 Jahren gehöre ich scheinbar dazu…

Aber 12000 Schritte sind es dann trotzdem noch geworden.
