As you can see from the screenshot below I have used the ‘Yesterday’ feature in the @actifit iOS app to provide proof-of-activity for yesterday (Saturday). I admit I was feeling lazy yesterday so passed on posting this but this morning as I was finishing my coffee I decided to give it a try. This feature has been around for a while. I’ve tried selecting the ‘Yesterday’ button before and nothing happened so I just assumed it wasn’t working! As mrshill can attest to, I don’t always pay attention to the details and gloss (glaze?) over things - like the the grey button which says in CAPITAL LETTERS - SYNC DATA. I tried that and then was prompted to allow @actifit to access the Health data and - voila - it worked. Mind. Blown.
Yesterday morning I went for a 13.6 kms run. I ran over the Harbour Bridge, around the bottom and back again, then around Port Jackson, the botanical gardens, Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, Woolloomooloo and back home. Along the way I took some photos of our iconic harbour.
