El día de ayer salimos por fin a trotar unos pocos kilómetros después de que por fin tuve un poco de tiempo antes de salir rumbo al trabajo.
Desafortunadamente no pude correr más de tres kilómetros, hacía bastante calor y me costaba bastante respirar.

Yesterday we finally went out for a jog a few kilometers after I finally had a little time before heading to work.
Unfortunately I couldn't run more than three kilometers, it was quite hot and it was difficult for me to breathe.
