It was an impossible day at work today as the deliverables exceeded the time in the day to get things done. This put pressure on me from the start which delayed my workout until lunch time. While I was able to get an hour walk in to recover from weight training yesterday, the rest of the day was pretty lackluster.
I tried to make up for it by getting some chores done but it was rough. Had to really pace quote a bit in the evening to catch up for the daily goal. Surely do not want another day like today!
