While most of my neighbors stay indoor because of this coronavirus attack, I am taking advantage of the outdoor activities that I can do when it's just me and some few people around.
I don't think locking yourself in your home most of the time is healthy.
I think it's more important now that we stay even more active, eat healthier and always practice all preventive measures to make sure we are safe from this deadly virus.
This morning after I finished my morning walk, I joined the yoga class but we did it outside, instead of doing it inside the gym, where we had a big area and we distant from each other. It was nice to do yoga outside with nice breeze and you hear birds and sound of the leaves on the plants and trees swaying.
I also did walked and jogged tonight around the community and at the gym on a treadmill. Followed a 15 minute shoulder workout using weights then finished with light stretching.
It's passed my bed time, I spent a little too much time in the sauna than usual. I hope you all stay safe and healthy!

The world is banning group activities to stop the spread of corona and you think it's fine to have your activity with your friends. Fun fact, the onset of the virus when it was first detected spread to family members and close friends that had contact with one another.
Philippines has got a very expensive medical cost for medicines and hospital care. At times even none existent for the majority who cannot afford them. After all Philippines is technically still a third world country.
I'm not writing this to criticise you. Am just ensuring that while you may be negative. Others may not be and more likely not even know it themselves. Heck if Tom Hanks can get it. Everyone is at risk.
