I have been offline for few days because of my obsessive home cleaning!
Days had gone by and am still not done cleaning my whole place! How do you maintain a clean home and when I say clean nit just orderly but almost free of dust?!
Also and haven't been able to workout with my kettle bell because my knees had been hurting. I have always had this problem since I was kid. Hopefully I can get some full π΄ soon and once am done organizing and dusting again my place.

Well, having a definite place for everything can give order to the house. But the dust problem is a difficult one to fight.
I'm so sore because of all the Crossfit workouts. I'd probably rest and do some mobility work. :)

lol yes I've learned you can get a real sweat going if you start cleaning your house and I don't like it but its gotta get done, cooking also but at least there is a reward at the end
