My morning routine this past two weeks includes getting up early, even woke up before sunrise. While it's not consistent through out the whole month of April, I accomplished more important things in the last two weeks than I did the past three months.
I believe the reason to this is it set a purpose, not just a goal of what I want to achieve short term that will help me build my progress for my long term goals.
So, today I woke just about the sun rise and did my morning self care routine; use the bathroom, wash wash, drink warm water, brushed my teeth, and stretch on the pull up bar that's hanging on the door of the second bedroom.
After it finished my coffee, since we don't have class on Sundays. I picked up my 8kg kettlebell and did a total of 50 swings then transition to yoga for about thirty minutes. I watched it on YouTube, it's, a full deep stretched and power yoga.
At night, before taking a shower I did another 100 kettlebell swings and used the pull up for some abdominal exercises and shoulders and back. Took me about two minutes. Am trying to use my time efficiently so I can accomplish other stuff.
The rest of my actifit counts are just walking around my place, doing random stuff.
