My Actifit Report Card: May 3 2021

Mornings appeal to me because they provide me with space.

Those hours serve as a reminder that life is about more than growth. Often there is nothing but silence. It's also a matter of contemplation.

I took advantage of the opportunity were in can do my morning stretch and quick kettlebell workout with the space that is currently have.

There are a few other things I do every day that deserve their own segment because I don't always do them first thing in the morning . I believe I do them a little differently than most people.

I also did pull up, this is by far the most effective and challenging exercise. It works on a number of different sections of the upper body. Repetition is very difficult for beginners. So simply make it a point to do at least a total of 10 pull-ups a in a day a few times a week even if it's close to calling it pull up, lol.

Here comes dusk, an hour before I put on my comfortable silk night dress and tuck my self in my warm blanket, I do my kettlebell workout.

The rest of my actifit counts are just walking around my place, doing random stuff.
