My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2021

The new walking tour. This time a little longer - 5 km with a time of 47:58. It's not much but that's how I started every time. How to say from couch to 5k. But I prefer to progress more slowly because otherwise, my knees would suffer. Weight, age, and lack of training are the most dangerous thing for the joints and ligaments.
By the way, did you know that ligament injury has the highest incidence in men between 45 and 55 years old?!
