Welcome to getting healthy during quarantine. It’s not going well as you can see here, but we will be improving upon it. The daily goal is 10k steps. Well, it’s more of running 3 miles in the morning and 3 miles at night, but that should get me pretty close to 10k steps with the additional walking I do. Along with that we are going to add in some more workouts in between. Let’s get healthy while stuck inside. Anyone want to challenge me to a step goal? @dkid14, how about you? I beat your 30k record in the past.
