Hello and good day everyone,

Welcome to another daily fitness report and thanks for joining me again as I share with you my activities for today.

So, I was out yet again early this morning with an active stroll in the neighborhood that took me over an hour in a cool low temp between 56-59F and it was a little bit windy, which I pretty much liked and enjoyed.

Got home before 10AM and after I got cleaned up I watched the second episode of Down to Earth on Netflix and in this episode they toured and explored about the water treatment plants of the drinking water system in France, which I found to be another interesting concept of ideas and processes that were formed and implemented in order to provide citizens with free healthy sparkling water fountains all around France. But the most famous one is the Water Shrine in Lourdes, France the place where St. Bernadette received its apparition from Virgin Mary long ago. Yearly millions of tourists flocks to this place primarily for healing.

So, going back to my stepping, I went shopping and was pretty much out most of the second half of the day. And then I also played with Wordscapes and now I’m at level 302, which I enjoy playing.

And that pretty much all for today. Hope to see you all again in the next round.

Until then, have an awesome day and stay safe.

Thanks for the boost @runridefly and @griega
Appreciate it very much. You guys are awesome.
Let's keep stepping and stay safe.

You're very very welcome! :)

Yeah, step on! Lee

Likewise.

Have a great day stepping!

Hey there @roger5120

I loved your flowerbeds, beautiful! :)

Interesting concept the natural water plants in France bringing fresh drinking water to the water fountains! Have you seen what the mussels do for the water in Poland? ;)

Congrats on your 13,000+ steps too, WOW!

Enjoy your friend boost and have a great week, Lee :)

Thanks @griega

No, I don't think I've seen it. What did it do? I hope it didn't terminate the mussels.

Apparently they detect if the water is clean enough for human consumption, like a living filter! Fortunately no quite the opposite, they just 'work' for 3 months and then they are returned to nature as heroes! ;)

Awesome!

Enjoy your day!
