I hope you are having a great day and that you are keeping your Actifit goals!
I managed to reach 8k steps yesterday, that's more like it! I was quite disappointed that the app crashed and only recorded 5k steps the day before !
That has nothing to do this actifit but yesterday was home made tonkatsu (fried pork cutlet), and that's a good thing we were 2 to eat all of this !
There is one dish that I love in Japan, it is Katsu Kare, where you have a fried pork cutlet avec a big plate of rice with curry ! I think I could never get tired of it!
