Oh well, not a great week for activity. Now that the lockdown restrictions are relaxed here in India, I am rather more scared to go out and walk to work. I see people everywhere and I can't help but look at everyone with suspicion. Now of course I have my mask on at all times, and avoid touching anything or anyone, but still. The cases are still going up and transit in the city has started. If you ask me, I am not very pleased about it.
Anyhow, I still have to go to work. I still have to walk these roads everyday. No matter whether lockdown is up or down. So here is activity from one of those walks.
As for my fitness. I think I am stable at 70 kgs now. It's not moving in either direction. As for diet I am having everything - carbs, fats and protein. I will share a picture of fried rice that I cooked recently.
Butter garlic mushroom fried rice - my fav
It's pretty simple to cook actually
Add oil and butter 1:1 ratio.
Add mushroom. Wait till mushroom starts losing water.
Add capsicum. Wait another 3-5 mins. But keep stirring.
Add pepper and salt.
Add spring onions. Stir for another minute.
Then add your pre boiled basmati rice.
Add a spoonful of soya sauce and stir the whole damn thing for another minute.
Eat..
