#A new sunrise, a new chapter in life.
So I started going to gym again, finally. After 5 years. I have been going regularly for two weeks now. 1 hour in the morning before work and 1 hour in the evening after work. I didn't even anticipate how good I will feel. I use to feel excited and focused all day when I used to work out before. But guess I had forgotten about it. I am enjoying all the runner's high now. I do cardio in the morning and weight lifting (followed by 15 mins of cardio) in the evening.
The goal is simple - lose at least 7 kgs and get in shape. Some muscles and abs would be a nice add on. Will be reporting my progress weekly.
This week in workout
Right now my schedule is as follows -
Morning:
Treadmill - 15 mins
Cross trainer - 15 mins
Cycling - 10 mins
Jumping jacks - 60
Cross kicks - 30
Bear claw - 30
Squats - 30
Evening:
Treadmill - 10 mins
Jumping jacks - 40
Cross kicks - 40
Bear claw - 30
Planks - 5 mins
Mixed power exercises - biceps, triceps, chest, back and shoulder.
I am suppose to update the line up coming Monday. Let's see.
