Mostly arms: February 23 2020

Avoided legs today because my mmm upper leg? The thick part is sore so decided only arms but mostly did the back parts... Triceps and did chest since they kinda just go together anyway.

Mmm not sure what the machine is but you push the weight up at an angle guess like barbell presses anyway got that up to 20kg a side and that will need to become my new avg so I can start going up and then will attempt just barbell things.

Do need to focus on doing more abs at home since I don't do them at the gym.

I've always hated going to the gym. The machines are just boring I think. But you just keep on going. Good job!

I like the machines because I can immediately feel I am doing something. I guess pushups etc I could also but it a lot more effort to do different types of things vs just sitting on the right machine and killing yourself with weight :)

I guess it's a little bit safer too to the body. The machines I mean. But I like to live dangerously! :D
