My Actifit Report Card and Update: March 15 2021

Hi Everyone,

I'm back with another Actifit Report and Update. The rainy weather has kept me indoors for several days. This has delayed my update by a few days. It has also given me more time to wrap up a post about Freedom Based Economics. That was a difficult post to write as it involved pulling a lot of different ideas together.

Back to my counts

Yesterday, the weather was quite nice for most of the day. I took Mango the Dog to the lake for his walk. We walked a little further to make up for the several days he missed out. He gets frustrated when he doesn't get his walk but he gets angry if it rains on our walk. He's diffinetly a warm and dry weather dog. That can be a problem living in a country that is mostly wet and cold. Warmer weather is on the way but the rain will still be persistent.

My Content

I wrote one post and made one video since my previous Actifit Report and Update. In my video, I discussed my return to making videos. I made very few videos in 2020. The videos I made related to my Udemy CBA course and my Buying and Selling Game. The videos I'll be making in 2021 will relate to my regular content (i.e. something to with econonics). I filmed in front of the lake near my home. It was quite busy, so I tucked myself away in the forest to avoid people and noise.

In my post, I discussed Freedom Based Economics. This is an approach to understanding freedom and how it can affect our quality of life. The post mostly focused on how to achieve and maintain our freedom. Areas discussed included self-understanding, understanding our ecosystem, understanding other people, competing and cooperating with other people, and innovation and improvement. The post included several links to my existing content, which elaborates on many of the key points discussed in the post. I intend to be writing more posts and making videos about this type of content. Freedom Based Economics is currently my work title for my ebook, which I intend to publish before the end of the year.

My Buying and Selling Game Contest for March should begin tomorrow. The prize will be 30 Hive for the winner. This time the contest will involve buying and selling bath products. The contest will run about 6 days and the winner will be announced in the results video before the end of the month.
