Greetings, everyone!
The last weekend passed with an incredible speed. On Saturday I had to recharge my batteries after a harsh week at wotk. On the other hand, yesterday morning I had to spend some time cleaning in my house, and then, I decided to spend the rest of the day in Therme.
It was my first time with a Fitbit tracker in the sauna, and it was interesting to discover the intesity of the hearth activity and the amount of burned callories.
