It's been a while since I got over 9,000 steps.
I didn't even turn on my actifit application until about 9:00 or 10:00 this morning. It should turn on by itself but now I seem to have changed something and need to click on the application to get it to start doing my step count.
I did lots of walking up and down the stairs today as usual. I tried to stand on my tippy toes while stepping up to get that extra little workout on my leg muscles.
I've cut back going to the gym to only two days a week, I don't feel like I was recovering very well when I was going three or more times a week. On my days off from the gym I usually do some sit-ups one day and push ups another. Once a week I do a dumbbell workout too, I try to work the biceps and triceps.
One of my dogs has been bugging me to take it for a walk, so I guess I'll cut the short and go add some more steps to my account for the day.
