I had a really good step count without even trying.
This is my Thursday's report, I didn't realize I had enough steps yesterday.
I've been pretty much doing my normal routine, going to the gym and working out for a while.
My work day was pretty busy with a lot of walking. I kind of lucked out though because I didn't have to go up and down the stairs too many times for a change.
The one thing that made me get a bunch of extra steps was the fact that my house is being worked on so I can't just let the dog out. This was probably at least half of my steps walking the dog around the block.
Now that the weather is cooler I'm planning on doing some long bike rides, it'll be interesting to see how much of that registers in the application.
I'm also thinking about adding a little bit of light jogging to my routine, not a lot but maybe a mile or so. As long as my breathing holds up it shouldn't be a problem.
