My Actifit Report Card: April 5 2022

최근 여기저기 Task 가 시작되어 메일도 많고 회의도 많아 보통 퇴근하면 6000보가 넘습니다. 대충 건너편 건물에 있는 업무부서까지 걸음을 재어보니 가서 회의하고 오니 1000보 정도 되는데, 하루에 3번 정도만 회의하면 만보 채우긴 훨씬 쉬워집니다.

최근 이상하게 피로감이 있어 Gym은 가능한 줄이고 스트레칭과 걷기 위주로 하고 있는데, 체중 실제로는 근육들이 많이 줄어드는데, 다음 주 부터는 다시 한 2주 바짝해서 벌크업을 조금이라도 해야겠습니다.

내일은 회의가 별로 없는 수요일, 오후에 잠시 시간을 내서 건물을 속보로 걸어야겠습니다.
