My Actifit Report Card: June 18 2021

After hitting my first 3 plate dead lift on Monday (140 kg, (=20 kg Ohio power bar with six 20kg plates) I finally swapped from double overhand grip to an alternate grip. Off linear progression as my squats hit a plateau, but front presses and bench presses still chugging along nicely. Feel like the money I invest in coaching is paying off.
