Hello! Today I bring you my daily report 🗞 my day has been calm in the morning I went to do my daily crossfit training, which was an intermediate effort, I did exercises to strengthen the upper limb in the first training set with pull ups and push up. In the second set it was lower limb strengthening and resistance with kettebell deadlift and rope jumps which was intense 🔥 So far I left my report see you in a next day! Greetings 🫂

Hoy les traigo mi reporte diario 🗞 mi día ha estado tranquilo en la mañana fui a realizar mi entrenamiento de crossfit diario, el cual fue de esfuerzo intermedio, realicé ejercicios para fortalecer miembro superior en el primer set de entrenamiento con pull ups y push up. En el segundo set fue fortalecimiento de miembro inferior y resistencia con kettebell deadlift y saltos de cuerdas lo cual fue intenso 🔥 Hasta acá les dejó mi reporte nos vemos en un próximo día !
