2.- Why they would make a good curation team

Our team is made up of users committed to the welfare of the platform, generating continuous activity through the publication of content, as well as comments and votes given to other publications that show quality, originality, exclusivity, complying and enforcing the policies and guidelines present in it.

Each of the members has demonstrated good intentions through their performance towards the communities and the platform, the team has the will to work for the growth of the communities, providing support to those who need it, either through votes, as well as with the advice required.

The members have extensive experience in various categories of content, having served as curators, moderators or bloggers on the topics of food, travel, thediarygame, photography, motivational thoughts, sports, among others in steemit blockchain.

Therefore, we can say that if we are given the opportunity, the team is committed to perform an efficient performance in the functions as curators in the framework of the theme where we will generate the curations.

3.- Anything special about how they are going to do their curation to ensure the widest reach.

Mainly, it is important to make it known that each of the members is able to generate a curation process, maintaining a good time of activity within the Steemit platform, however, we will be under a curation regime where each of the members will have an assigned day to perform the curation....

For the monitoring of related publications, we will take into consideration the tags that users are accustomed to use "example: #betterlife, #thediarygame", from which we will take 4 or 5 publications of each topic daily in order to capture in time the best content on related topics to which we could be selected.

On the other hand, it is necessary to handle a google spreadsheet to keep track of the cures performed, in order to show a transparent and balanced management between the topics and / or users benefited.

4.- How they will ensure that they do not vote for any publication with plagiarized content.

Our team is aware of the increase in plagiarized content and has extensive experience in detecting plagiarism, providing a high percentage of guarantee to detect any sign of plagiarism in the different content to be reviewed. Every member of the team knows the tools to detect misused text and images.

On the other hand, they will also verify the correct use of the hashtag #steemexclusive, to ensure that the content effectively complies with the exclusivity for Steemit..

5.- For which topic do we want to apply?

The team has the ability to effectively address the healing program of the following topic.
