SEC-S18-W4: My Selfies and Me

We are living in selfie era and this act has become the order of the day. Currently, our lives evolve around cameras and every memory captured are very much important. Personally, I enjoy taking selfies, I cherish every bit of my memories with family, friends and colleagues. I received a notification recently that my icloud storage is almost full, how funny. The queen of selfie never minded, lovely memories must be created!

I will share some lovely selfies from my gallery and attach few words of description to each of them.

Like I said earlier, selfies are captured for memory purposes. I love to take pictures of myself while working as a future motivation and as a reminder to myself of how far I have come. Seeing yourself grow gradually while trusting the process is the best self-confidence.

Beautiful memory with Steemit family from launching of Steem Solar and Electricals

Few weeks ago, I attended launching ceremony of Steem Solar & Electricals shop, the event has passed but the memories are still fresh each time I come across the pictures of the day.

Another selfie memory I cherish so much is how I watched my hair grow faster into healthy one. Last year, I noticed that my hair wasn't healthy anymore. I actually used a particular relaxer and it damaged my hair.

Many people discouraged me not to barb my hair, reason being that it won't grow fast but I was courageous to cut my hair with positive mindset. Looking at the selfie I took two weeks after cutting my hair last year and comparing to this year, I am glad that I made that decision.

I will really appreciate Steemit platform for making the work of taking selfie easy and enjoyable. Each time, I take pictures for diary game, I usually save some in my gallery while others remain here on the blog. I don't mind creating memories anywhere I find myself; market, church, mall and event venues.

I get more comfortable daily with my appearance after seeing a reflection of me through camera, as a result of taking pictures, I also get to gather my audience for business which serves as networking tools for me and my mental health is good because I enjoy it when I take selfie.
