Starting out a new year always seems to me like a fresh start filled with hope and possibilitie. It’s the perfect time for us to look back at our past mistakes and make promises to better ourselves. This year I will keep one goal in my mind, I will make a better version of myself and to spread positivity through everything that I will do. I think self improvement is not just about me, it makes my surrounding area better for other people too.
The first step in my journey is personal development. I thought to myself that in my day to day life I usually find it hard for me to manage time property. With no routine, I just waste tons of time that could have been used more wisely. That put a thought into my mind and thus I was determined to wake up early in the morning. Doing this will put me in the right mood when I wake up, and it’ll keep me productive the majority of the day. I also wish to read books every day for some time. Reading is a great source of knowing and enhancing our minds. At least reading for 30 minutes daily about something, an essay, a story or learning something new.
I will work on my physical health. I think we have to have a healthy body in order to really enjoy our life. I will begin to exercise regularly in order to obtain this. I want to build my strength more and stay active. It can be a morning walk, yoga, or something light exercise. I will also maintain my healthy eating. I will eat lots vegetables, fruits and protein rich meals than hamrful junk food for my body. I will also try to make sure of drinking plenty of water and eat a well balanced diet. If i can follow this I will feel more energetic and healthy.
I also want to make improvements to my mental health. We often focus on our physical health and fail think of our mental health. At least 10/15 minutes of meditation per day will calm my mind and keep me focused. I also want to see joy in the little things in life. Things like enjoying a cup of tea staring up at the sky, talking deeply with loved ones, giving time to nature can make us feel so very happy. I want to remember these moments more often.
Finally this year, I intend to learn new skills. I think that learning something new helps me expand and to find out what i am capable of. My goal to learn photography. w makes me learn and find my potential. My philosophy is to learn photography. My dream i will capture the beauty of nature, and the special moments in life.
I also want to dive into the fun of crafting something, writing,painting or drawing. They help me express myself better and these activities make me happy.
I will also be more active on Steemit. To get better at it, I hope to learn through contest, post regularly and be more confident with what I do.
I am determined to bring these changes in my life this year. Self improvement and positivity aren’t just my thing, I think they can be contagious. I will try to make this the special chapter of my life with small consistent steps and finally achieve my goals. I would greatly appreciate your support and prayers on this trip.
