Hello friends I'm indeed so glad to be a part of this great contest. I always love sharing my thoughts in great themes as these. These are great and educative topics for everyone to have ideas about. You don't stop moving because you get older, you get older because you stop moving

Bob, was on his athletic kits once again standing up from his long old creaking bed. His alarm had woken him up once again. He was going for his morning exercise. He always kept fit amidst his age. He is about 78 years old and so keen at being fit. He tried so hard to cover about 200 meters every morning. He tried to keep up with younger lads during his early morning jogging exercise.

During his early days he adopted the habit and on the long run it showed off on his body. He looks 40 years and everyone feels happy seeing him look this young at that age. He remains a motivation to his neighborhood and it is indeed a product of athleticism and discipline. He is living great looking young and actually not getting older because he keeps his limbs moving!

Charlotte, living few blocks away is about 45 years, she barely moves her limbs and always mutters to herself and looks confused. She loves her bed and keeps her limbs safe from movement. She is proud of being a mother to a rich son. She barely cooks or clean. You can barely see her feet from where she sits. You would mistaken her to be 70 years old due to how old she looks. It proves that practical illustration would tell that moving keeps you quite younger.

Charlotte, used a walking aid, she always complain of foot aches and i guess the lesson is learnt. The faster you move, the farther you are from old age. I learnt a lot from this illustration. I have started a routine though. The begining of activities are not pretty easy but I guess I'll get there.

I drafted out routines on my exercise schedule. I plan on my early jogging exercise. Every morning at 5:30 a.m I tried it about 3 days but couldn't keep up. I stopped a while but would definitely start off again. The route of moving is an alternative route to getting younger while you age.

Saludos amigo me encanta tu historia, el secreto de Bob para mantenerse joven es estar en movimiento, a diferencia de Charlotte que vive una vida sedentaria y como lo dices la via del movimiento es una manera de mantenerse más joven mientras no llega la tarde.

Para empezar a hacer ejercicio puedes hacerlo caminando cada día, luego ir aumentando el ritmo y combinar caminata con trote poco a poco, hasta que puedas hacerlo de forma continua. Lo importante para empezar es establecer un habito, al principio no nos exigimos demasiado por esto, para poder establecer la rutina, ya luego puedes ir aumentando el nivel.
