Many people linked warm weather with good mood and cold weather with a bad mood but it is actually not that simple. A research paper done in 2011 found that it depends on the personal preference of each person. The research categorized people in four categories Summer Lovers, summer haters, rain haters and unaffected.

Summer Lovers love the warm weather and their mood improves on warm sunny days, summer haters hate the warm weather and their mood worsens in warm sunny days, rain haters hate the rainy days and their mood worsens when it rains and finally the unaffected which are people that the weather doesn't affect their mood that much.

So everyone is different in how the weather impacts his mood but for me my mood improves in mid-range temperatures between 10 and 21 degrees Celsius with clear skies and sunlight and the opposite is true my mood will worsen in low temperatures less than 10 degrees Celsius and also in high temperatures higher than 21 degrees Celsius with high humidity or fog impact on energy when it comes to the impact of weather on energy with most people cold weather and low temperatures with Cloudy Skies usually tell the human body. It is time to rest I feel that I have very low or no energy in the cold winter months but warm weather and sunny long days on the other hand tell my body to stay awake so I feel more energetic but to a certain point which is 21 degrees Celsius any higher than this I'll feel tired from the Heat.

You may know that climate change is constantly Rising the temperatures and heating up the Earth more and more so this means that the number of hot days will increase and that can cause fatigue and an increase in the negative emotions people may feel like anger stress tension aggression and impulsivity also. Climate change increases the chances of extreme weather events like the hurricanes and floods. The Happening of these events cause some pretty bad mental health problems like anxiety post-traumatic stress disorder and depression.
