1-What things do you do to pamper yourself? Do you think they are necessary?
Pampering myself is the best thing that I can do for myself as I do believe that no one else can take good care of me or help me the way I can help myself. To cut the story short I do the following things to pamper myself.
- Resting when I am tired.
- Dressing nice
- Eating good food.
- Playing the songs that make me feel loved.
- Doing yoga
- Meditating on my past and future.
Yes, I think they are necessary because no one can pamper me like the way I can pamper myself since I am not a small child who needs pampering from others. It is also necessary because they are the only ways that I believe I can make myself feel happy and loved. If I didn't take good care of myself who else would do that for me, this is the more reason why I do think they are necessary.
2-Why do you think it is important to pamper yourself?
I do think it is important to pamper myself to add positive impact or value to myself taking time to pamper myself, can reduce stress, enhance my mood, improve my self-esteem, provide me with quality time to relax, and also help me to sleep better.
Another important is that I feel more relaxed and rejuvenated after a day of doing something nice to myself. It is not all about the physical relaxation that I give to myself, but it goes beyond that to positively improve my mental health too.
3-Do you think that pampering yourself has to do with motivation or vanity?
I do think none of the above. Pampering myself has nothing to do with vanity or motivation. However, if I am someone who doesn't like pampering myself, and I want to start pampering myself I will have to develop the motivation so I can keep to it often.
It takes motivation and the mind to pamper myself which I do not see in any way as vanity. The thing about life is that if I choose to enjoy my money in taking good care of myself, it means I have done so well for myself, but if I don't it means I hate myself. To
4-What's the next thing you're going to do to pamper yourself?
The next thing I am going to do to pamper myself since it is the weekend is yoga, meditation, bath eating, and relaxing. Doing this always makes me feel happy with myself.
