SEC-S7W4 – Design your “Dream Home”

Hello Steemians, I am so happy to have you here today. In this post, I have drawn a basic floor plan of a house that I admire. Drawing has to do with creativity and skills, and in this contest, I find it very interesting during and after the basic floor plan, of which you will see all the steps below.

List of Drawing Materials

• Eraser
• A4 Paper
• Ruler Scale

Step:1 I start by sketching the exterior (external) walls on the A4 paper in the appropriate shape and size for the house I have chosen to draw, and I then start drafting a simple floor design.

Step:2 It is useful to add reference lines to the drawing for scaling once the outer walls are up, which is exactly what I did. These lines are often drawn through the midpoints of the house's vertical and horizontal walls. The simple drawing I did already explains what I am talking about.

Step3: At this point, for the interior walls, I add a few light lines to the sketch before I add thickness to the wall.

Step4: After I had finished drawing the walls, the next stage was using a light line to locate all of the closets and the doors that would be in the house. As you can see from the drawing, I use 2 feet and 8 inches.

Step5: After I had finished drawing the doors, the next stage was improving the floor plan's windows. I placed the windows for the house in the center.

The drawing of my dream house was a little bit stressful for me at the time when I was trying to add windows and interior walls to the floor plan. Although it has been a while since I drew a floor plan of a house, I am sure you will enjoy your time here.

I want to build my dream house in my hometown using the best materials available at the time that I am building the house. It's going to be a story building.
