Dear friends, fast food is the most consumed by the people in this world. Fast food has made this world crazy and everyone has become its addict. Nowadays people don't eat homemade food so much as they eat fast food. A lot of fast food shops have open in our area which is a testimony to the fact that they are very popular and loved by people. According to a research, our area sell one lakh rupees worth of fast food daily on a daily basis, which is a huge number. And if we judge from all these things, then it will not be wrong that everyone loves fast food.

I make a lot of fast food items at home and my family loves my hand made fast food very much. These fast food items include pizza, burgers, shawarma and many more, but I mostly like to make pizza. As I have told you above that there are many fast food shops in our area but I like to go to the shop the most that is Al-Noor fast food. This shop is the most popular shop in our area and people love its fast food very much. From this shop we get all kinds of fast food including burger shawarma and many other things.

But the most famous fast food of this shop is Pizza and Zinger burger which people eat very much and their shop is very busy. Their pizza is so good and their quality is so sweet I go here every week for eating pizza.

Also this week I went to this shop with my friends and ate pizza. We went to this shop and ordered two big pizza. One pizza was my favorite and the other one was liked by my friends. These pizza were very fun and it was a good experience for us. Let me tell you about the price of these two big pizza that is given below.

Fast food also spreads fat in a person and due to this he becomes fat and his weight increases. So these are some affects of it now i will tell you recommendations about it.

• We should eat home cooked food more than fast food.

• We should only eat fast food once a week.

• We should not be crazy about fast food because it is very harmful for our health.

• If you want your weight to be in the same place, I would tell you to skip the fast food.

• The less we eat fast food, the more diseases we are save.
