Hola queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad, bendecido dia, estos mangos me los regaló un amigo y estoy agradecida porque tenia varios meses que no probaba uno, los árboles que estaban en mi hogar se secaron desde hace tiempo.

Podemos encontrar diferentes variedades de mangos entre ellos esta este pequeño el cual es muy dulce y se puede hacer un buen jugo para pasar la tarde.

Estamos en la epoca donde los árboles se llenan de este apreciado fruto y es uno de los mas deliciosos y consumidos a nivel mundial.

Ahora realizaré un jugo para la merienda, me gusta que este bien frio, refresca bastante, mi hija esta feliz porque quiere y la voy a complacer.

Se puede hacer dulce, helados que se venden en grandes cantidades, y algo muy especial es la jalea pero para esto el mando debe estar pinton, ya estos estan pasados de maduros.

Antes me la pasaba comiendo era el mango pinton con la preparación venezolana que realizaban los jóvenes, entre los ingredientes estan la sal, salsa de soya, vinagre, adobo, y todo eso iba a parar a nuestro riñones, no se debe comer en grandes cantidades porque afecta y es una delicia, por ultimo el toque de limón.
